  Went to go and just look at some rings ended up leaving with rings well mine my fiancee had to have his sized as well as mine ..just brought it in as this is a very expensive ring and full of diamonds ..got my ring back and as I'm walking out the door I notice one of my diamonds is plan sight missing I go back and the guy acts like it's not a problem which is really disturbing ...on top of that my fiance's ring got shipped out when it was supposed to be in the store and done with mine that same day as a customer we payed alot of money for high price rings I expect the guy sizing these rings to look over the ring and realize that is someone's life as this is my first wedding ...I give two starts to the older guy who sizes ...the gentleman and woman who has a beautiful accent we're amazing on helping us and i will be going back when there to have my ring looked at to make sure my diamonds are secure and to let them no of the careless mistake that one has made as I'm sure this isn't the first time

  Coming from a south eastern culture, I never personally shopped for gold jewelry. Cuz over there my family buys it for me all the time. I was shopping for my wedding ring along with my fiance at pheasant mall. We were shocked to experience the disinterest on us at some other good rated jewelry stores . I personally think jewelry store sales people should be welcoming and professional cuz its a big investment from the customer side.
  
  we walked past Hannoush and thought why not go there. From the very beginning we received the attention we were expecting from a jewelry store. Salesman (who has a moustache) was very nice and amicable. We bought swarvoski's 18K diamond ring. They have a beautiful collection in the swarvoski Diama section. I ordered a size bigger and they called exactly after a week as promised for pick up. from other remarks on google, i also thought they would be 3 weeks late but they were not. Hannoush exceeded my expectations. I am 100% satisfied and recommend everyone to go to this store. Me and my fiancé would like to thank all the people who are working at Hannoush store, pheasant mall branch. You guys are awesome!

  Love this jewelry store. Bill is the best sales associate - he's understanding, listens to what you're looking for and makes wonderful suggestions. He never tries to sell you a piece of jewelry that you can't afford and/or don't want.
