The best bindery in new England. No doubt about it these guys are pros and it shows in their work.
We have a specialized booklet that requires great care and attention to detail to bind in order to produce an end product that we are proud to present to customers. We typically do print runs between 500 and 2500 units. Having worked with a couple other bindery service locations in NH that had significant error issues which rendered a larger number of completed books unsellable (terrible QC either missed or ignored very noticeable issues and no credit was issued when these were brought to their attention) in addition to not receiving great service, so we were thrilled when we finally found Optimum. Cheryl has been amazing to work with and she and Rick have provided us with great insight in ways to change our print layout and other formatting in order to save even more money. Their prices are great, customer service is exceptional and the end product is just what we have been looking for. I would highly recommend Optimum!!
