Moon River Wellness Center

I absolutely LOVE Moon River Wellness Center. It is immediately welcoming when you walk in the door. They have an adorable shop full of crystals, jewelry, oils, trinkets and so much more! The owners are extremely kind and welcoming. The yoga classes are amazing!! The studio is warm and inviting, and the instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Besides yoga, they offer massage, reiki, energy healing, and weight loss coaching! It is a warm and welcoming community of amazing people. I had an amazing experience recently at a Breakthrough Breathing workshop, where i was able to let go of a lot of baggage i was holding onto. You should absolutely give Moon River a try!! 2 Thumbs up!!

My wife asked me to go with her to Moon River Yoga on Valentine's Day. I reluctantly said "Yes". It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm hooked! It's become a way of life. I would highly recommend this immaculate facility to anyone. They have classes suited for every age, body style, or injuries. The owners and the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make sure it's a positive experience.

As a resident of Pelham, I watched in breathless anticipation as Moon River Wellness Center established itself next door to me. I was not disappointed! This beautiful clean facility offers a diversity of healing offerings that are nourishing, educational, and uplifting! It is truly an asset to the community!
Moon River offers extraordinary yoga education appropriate for all ages with a wide variety of exceptionally gifted instructors, delectable massage and healing modalities utilizing ancient spiritual teachings united with cutting-edge science. If you need a last-minute gift or are looking for a charming health support of crystals, tinctures, candles or cards, Moon River offers a tasteful gift shop where their patient employees offer you lots and lots of support!
I would encourage everyone young or old to give it a try and feel the difference. I think no matter what shape you are in; you have have everything to gain in fun, fitness and health and what do you have to lose but your pain and stress?
