Rebecca is amazing. Her energy is vibrant and alive, upbeat and helpful. Since we have started to work together, I have shifted; I carried panic, fear, and other lower energy with me regarding moving forward with dreams and goals. They have cleared, I am now progressively making traction on those goals and feel lighter in doing so. Rebecca is thoughtful, caring, compassionate, good at what she does. I am so grateful to have her in my life.

I have had multiple sessions with Rebecca and after each session I can clearly feel a release happening in my body. She is amazing to work with, she works around your schedule and is able to do sessions over the phone, by video conference, or even full distance (super helpful if she’s in a different time zone than you are). The work Rebecca Packard does is unlike any other healing I have experienced. I do a lot of work my own of looking at limiting beliefs and healing them...but I kept hitting road blocks in a few areas that I couldn’t understand. Becky was able to help me identify and release hidden and inherited trapped emotions that I don’t know how I would have discovered on my own. I don’t know how it works, but we’ve been working on releasing my blocks around sharing my music (I’m a songwriter) and because she’s releasing blocks from ancestors, I’m noticing the change in my entire family. My mom and dad have both joined music groups and bands and started performing publicly (something they never did until Becky started doing this healing work with me). When you book a session with her, you don’t just help yourself - it helps everyone down your family line who has inherited the same blocks from your ancestors. I’m in awe as I watch the changes happen not only in my life, but also in the lives of my family members. Becky, thank you for the work you do.
