I just want to give a huge 'shout out' to Gary and Josh at Tall Automotive for making the purchase of our 2009 Audi A3 the BEST USED CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE in my 60 Years! They went out of their way to store the vehicle inside during the 1st major snowstorm of the year until we could return to pick it up after hours even after everyone spent the day clearing a few feet of snow! Josh made a special trip to fill the tank with premium before we left and gave some helpful hints for keeping the car running at its best. Thank you to Gary who went out of his way to give my son and I a ride to Manchester after dropping off our trade-in early before securing financing just so we wouldn't have to drive it home and re-register it before our pick-up date. And "Ralphy" was the best pup company any customer could ask for! I can't say enough for this professional, knowledgeable, and caring family run business.
