  So I was shopping around for new tires for the first time. I have always had beaters that weren't worthy of new tires, so spending the money on new tires for the first time was kinda a big deal for me. My Dad recommended town fair tire. I went there and spoke to the guy behind the counter. He was kinda snarky and didn't seem to care to help me, almost like I was bothering him. Next I went to VIP, pretty much across the street, and Chris was nice, helpful and a straight shooter. I told him what I was looking for, he printed out some options I could take home and I left. He didn't seem bothered when I left, like I wasted his time or something, he understood some people like to research stuff. A few day's later I researched tires on VIP's website and found a set I liked, called Chris and scheduled the appointment same day. Dropped car off, picked up later and everything was done right and it was a smooth transaction. Can't ask for more. Oh ya, I grew up working ten years for my dad at the used car lot he owned, my perspective is better than most.

  I had to buy a new battery. They were able to install it right away. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

  My mom takes her car here for any work she needs. I accompany her to make sure she is getting the best deal. Chris always makes time to answer her questions and last time, Eddie even walked us back to the garage to actually show us what was wrong and how he planned to fix it. Everyone there is personable and Marco even gave me his card and said I could call anytime I had a question or needed anything. My father passed three years ago and it's scary to be a couple of single ladies with car problems, but I truly feel like these guys treat us like family. Highly recommend!

  Eddie is AWESOME! He's very helpful with any questions I have about my vehicles and is always exceptional with his work. There's been many times I've had to come in without an appointment and they were able to see me quickly. I've been coming here for a long time and will continue! Thanks guys!

  I rolled in to VIP Tires and Service on Saturday 12/21 after suddenly emptying my radiator of most of its coolant out on Route 102. Being from out of town and needing a hand, the guys at VIP helped me to get back on the road quickly. I can't thank them enough for their speedy and courteous help. I would give them ten stars if I could!
