Went way beyond in their customer service, dealing with unbelievable insurance issues. Not only did they do an awesome job repairing our car, they successfully navigated the insurance issues for us. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
So far so good. Easy getting estimate. People all seem really nice. Sean on phone and Len did estimate.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. The crew was helpful, professional and answered all my questions. The work completed was perfect. They even washed my car and vacuumed the interior. Being in a fender bender can be a pain in the behind but the crew at Colonial made it less of a hassle. They worked directly with my insurance and the rental folks picked me right up at the shop. Once the work was done, I left the rental at the shop and was on my way. Thanks!
Was cut off by someone who clipped me then didn't stop. Adding insult to injury was MY insurance took the hit (NH), BUT Colonial truly made the glass half full by completely repairing all of the damage done, and then by readressing my awareness of how it "sounded" different from pre-accident! They made absolutely sure I was completely satisfied & comfortable with their work (which was excellent)!
