This place is great. I shopped around and this location had the best prices at the time. It’s super clean, both staff members I met were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I love the dollys available for use at the loading dock for upper floor rentals.

The Salem, NH (10 Hampshire Rd.) storage units are very clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful. It's very easy to find a close parking space when needed, especially when raining or blizzard conditions. The indoor temperature is always comfortable, no matter what time of year. The modern elevator is easy to use and always works great. The bathroom is not always open but the one in the office is available when needed during office hours. Overall, I give them a rating of 9/10. I'd give them a 10/10 if their bathroom was open on Sundays, but I can understand why it's not, because of some homeless people trying to use it occasionally and making a mess.

Facility is extra clean. The interior units are climate controlled with an option for drive up garage style units with 24 hour access. Manager is very pleasant and responsive. Total time to rent unit and be on my way was under 10 minutes. This is the second time I rented at this location and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent staff at this location. From first contact to signing the contract to getting a lock on my unit the team made everything as easy as possible. Special thanks to Jason for helping to secure a lock on my unit when I wasn't able to make it on site for several weeks. Would highly recommend this location for anyone's storage needs.
