Stopped in on a Sunday. I was searching places and after seeing suspicious reviews at another carwash. I decided to come here. The carwash was good, the brushes they use really get up against your vehicle to scrub. The vacuum on the other hand is lacking in strength.

I started a membership a few months back and i have to say WOW! My car looks great, the service is exceptional and I leave feeling like I got my $ worth. I use to have 3 memberships at Soft Suds in Dracut but after multiple complaints with no action. It started slow with not using brush on areas like back window or spraying tires, then I started to notice the color of the soap got lighter and instead of 3 colors, there was 1 light color and finally the last straw was only 1 fan drying car out of 12. I canceled my memberships and went to Klemm's and haven't looked back.
