4 years later and counting! Center for life management, the whole collaborative care team saved my life. I can not stress enough, how much every single soul at CLM cares. Above and beyond care, above and beyond support, and so many tools available to help get you or your loved ones to where they not only need to be, but to get where they want to be, as their own independent individuals. I can’t thank the whole collaborative care team enough. You guys rock!

My son has been working with CLM for over a year now. Initially he went to see someone named Brian from the crisis team and he helped my son immensely. Now he sees Maureen for therapy and James for someone who takes him into the community (they play games via Microsoft teams because of covid and talk about life skills). They have been amazing with him and have helped him grow in so many ways. He has high functioning autism, adhd, anxiety, and recently PTSD. They have taught him coping skills to help with these diagnosis and have never once tried to push medication as a treatment but if I wanted, we would explore them. I have not had any issues with the CLM office or staff, appointments are always set and process was easy even during covid when we started with the therapies after crisis intervention.
