  I feel that both of my children have increased not only their physical fitness but also their self confidence attending BUILD-U. It has been wonderful as a parent to witness the progress over the year. I have also noted recent changes to the program encouraging personalized goal setting which I love.

  The best place, the most ENGAGING trainers. Anyone can give you a workout plan. Only extraordinarily enthusiastic human beings can engage at your level, and motivate you to do more. Challenging workout, yes, but DOABLE. My body is being transformed, and my mind is being transformed to understand that, not only do i need to exercise, but I need to pay attention to nutrition.
  
  My daughter enjoys the after school program, she has lost 20 pounds in a few months, and she looks healthy, strong, and ENJOYS working out!

  BUILD_U. not only offers great and challenging workouts, but the energy of the gym is fun and positive! Nick and Kris make it their priority to make each member feel like family. My kids go there as well, and not only are they trained to be better athletes, but they stress the importance of diet and nutrition to help them achieve their goals on and off the fields. Best gym I have ever joined!

  These guys are the BEST!!!
  Their knowledge and excitement about living a healthy life is contagious.
  But their passion and commitment to make you the BEST version of yourself is second to NONE!!!
  They have created a unique culture here. One you really have to come check out for yourself!!

  Great gym focused on small-group training. Never have to think “what am I gonna work on today” as the workouts are already compiled. Workouts change periodically to keep it fun and interesting. Awesome trainers and awesome groups!!
