(December 6, 2018, 2:38 pm)Note: we were here in December. The room was meh for looks and comfort but great on service and view. I had had to crank the heat up in the middle of the night due to the draft from the window though the rest of the room was warm enough. There was no extra blanket when I looked. (They explained they don't keep them in rooms because ppl take them to the beach and leave them. Makes sense.) I'm sure they would have brought one if I'd called the desk but I didn't want to wake the hubby at 3am. They were also kind enough to let me delay check out until 2 (I was going to be waiting til 3 for the hubby) at no charge since they weren't going to need the room the next day. That's great customer service!

(November 17, 2018, 8:02 pm)If you travel to AC you know rooms are priced high often providing no bang for your buck! This place is great depending on your needs. Do you want to spend 400 to stay at the Tropicana and not stay in your room? This rooms was fairly clean. No towels for the bathroom floor instead a plastic mat. The room is dated but clean and the staff was more than helpful. On an off night paid 80% less than what was going rate at casinos and this was across the street. Also has a balcony to drink and watch the boardwalk.

(August 15, 2018, 3:45 am)Not bad at all. Front desk staff were very friendly and extended a sense of humor. Elevators are slow but not the worst out there. The beds were comfy and staff provided extra towels and blankets when needed.
