I've ever seen, they're EXCELLENT with kids, and it was a privilege to have been able to see them teach my 9 year old son! -

(July 31, 2013, 9:36 pm)I have only taken Greg's Krav Maga class twice, but I already know it is something that I am going to stick with. Being a woman, I am always apprehensive to go places alone, but I love traveling and exploring new places, which I often have to do unaccompanied. Greg's class is teaching me to be strong, confident, and protect myself in situations where I do not have the strength of numbers to protect me. I hate going to the gym and usually prefer more low key physical activity like yoga and running, but Krav Maga has really hit the spot with me! Its an amazing workout, and I can feel sore muscles from my shoulders to ankles. I would highly recommend Greg's Krav Maga class to anyone who is considering it. Ladies, don't be afraid and think this class is only for guys...its just as, if not more important for you to learn to protect yourself!

(July 28, 2013, 11:08 pm)I have always wanted to learn self defense. I recently got a JCC membership as a gift and saw Krav Maga listed on the schedule and thought it would be interesting. I had no idea what to expect. After my first class, however, I was in love. I literally felt the power coursing through my body. Greg is a fantastic instructor and went slow enough that I was able to take in all of the moves he was teaching and remember them. Every week I am busy with work, cross country practice, summer assignments. The light at the end of the tunnel is knowing that I will have lots of fun at Krav Maga on Saturday.

(July 21, 2013, 2:59 pm)I was a bit nervous before coming in, but the instructor and others in the class are great. The class provides a good workout if you're not regularly active, your body will adjust. I've learned a lot in only a few lessons and am looking forward to continuing the lessons. The classes are well worth attending.
