I was sick and tired of struggling with pain that was interfering with my daily routine and sleep. I went on my medical insurance app to find a chiropractor close to home and I came across Dr. Steven Reiss. He took me in immediately after work and relieved me of pain that I've had for years. I can't wait to follow up with him weekly. Dr. Reiss is much more than a chiropractor, he is a healer and very comforting, gentle, caring and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Reiss. I walked in feeling crappy and left feeling happy. Slept great and woke up in a fantastic pain-free mood.
I have been going to Dr. Steven Reiss of Knickerbocker Chiropractics for 32 years. In 1985 my back went out for the first time in my life. I was in my 20’s couldn’t stand up, had excruciating pain in my back , hips and down my legs. My Mom took me to an Urgent Care they told me to apply ice, heat and gave me a prescription for Percocet. All three helped and took the edge off but the pain never went away. My Mom was seeing a Chiropractor she took me to him. He suggested after seeing the shape I was in to see Dr. Reiss. This was a Monday and I had a flight booked for Saturday for Club Med ... Martinique!! It was booked for over a month and I couldn’t wait to go... I went to Dr. Steve on Monday afternoon he took x-rays and told me I had 3 herniated discs and my rotation in my hips were completely off balance. On top of that, I had sciatic down one of my legs, so I was a mess!! Dr. Steve seen me twice a day on Monday, Wednesday an Friday applying heat therapy with stimulation. He had a special table used for relieving pain in the disc area and then he would adjust me. He reassured me that each day I would feel better . He gave me strict orders to go home, rest and use heat therapy. Dr. Steve is a smart, dedicated and caring doctor! Thank you Dr. Reiss for getting me well, so I was able to go on my vacation and for feeling whole again. I was there a week and my back never went out. To this day I still see Dr. Steve for maintenance care. Thank you Dr. Reiss for all your dedication and care you put into getting me well every time you seen me!! I’m sorry this got so lengthy but I had to explain my unique situation. Dr. Steve is by far the best Chiropractor!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart...... Dr. Steven Reiss!!!! ????
For over 15 years, I have been going to Knickerbocker Chiropractic Center. My practitioner is Dr. Steven Reiss. Although he performs typical chiropractic adjustments, he also works with body's knowledge of what is hurting it. And the treatment is non-invasive and gentle. It feels like nothing, but the results are an overall sense of well being. And you can't put a price on that!!!!
Dr. Steven Reiss has a great sense of humor and cares about relieving the patient's pain. Having been in the waiting room, I have met quite a few of his patients through the years. Many of us are long standing patients.
When I was in a lot of pain for a chronic ailment I went 2-3 times per week. I go much less now because I feel so much better. I go just to make sure I'm tuned up! If you've had painful adjustments and have been bruised by a chiropractor, then you'll love going to Dr. Reiss who will treat you with TLC! Pain free-----that's the goal.
