  I was a patient in the sub acute unit. I came here after having open heart bypass surgery. At first I did not have any energy or stamina. The physical therapy staff helped me gain stamina. The nurses were attentive to me and kept my surgical site nice and clean so I wouldn't get an infection. I truly think I would not have recovered as quickly had it not been for Maple Glen!

  We have had our grandfather there for long term care for a few years now. We have gotten to know the nursing care staff as family and can trust that they will provide the best care for him. When I go home after visiting him, I am confident that he is safe and do not have to worry. The nurses there are also excellent. They are very attentive. They were able to see that was off and quickly sent him to the hospital to get care when he was diagnosed with pneumonia. Since then physical therapy has helped him get back to his old self. I would recommend this facility, they are always willing to help and genuinely care.

  My grandfather stayed here recently and at first i just chose this location because it was closest to home. I wasn’t sure what i was walking into but let me tell you don’t ever judge a book by its cover. The staff is OUTSTANDING! The care my grandfather received is the reason why he is walking again. I felt like i was part of a family there. All the staff treat you with nothing but kindness and respect. I enjoyed going to visit. I would choose this place again for any of my family members that may need it.

  My 93 year old mother was at Maple Glen for 3 months. Their care was outstanding. I have no doubt that they've added years and quality to her life. She's back home now and living independently. I can't thank the staff enough for their care, skill and kindness.

  I recently had my mother at Maple Glen Center. I can honestly say that the care and staff were terrific. She was in the rehab unit and all of the nurses and aides were fantastic, they really got to know my mom and made her feel right at home. The rehab department was also wonderful they really got to know my mom and what her needs and goals were. The rehab team was able to her back to walking safely with a walker. I am so thankful to everyone at Maple glen who made my mom feel welcomed and loved (especially since I know she really wanted to go home straight from the hospital but this was the best decision I could have made for her.
