  My ADT Tech that I just had come to my home, his name was Charles. He was such a sweet, respectful and helpful person. He fixed what was wrong with my ADT system and in good timing. All while training a new employee too. Also on his way to his truck he took my new lawn sign and placed it in the grass for me. I appreciate good people like Charles! Thank you ADT

  Very positive experience with ADT and the installation of the doorbell camera and use of the phone app to allow me to know who is at my door whether I am there or across the country. The technician was very pleasant to work with. He was very helpful in seeing that I knew how things worked after helping to get connected to the internet. He was patient and courteous.

  Corey the tech from ADT was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He showed me how to maneuver through the system and explained anything I had concerns about. Corey was very respectful throughout the whole installation process. ADT is lucky to have him on their team. A well deserved 10 all day. Nice work Corey. 👍👍

  Professional and easy to deal with. Needed a locker to store equipment for work. Grabbed a second one when we needed to move house. Will definitely use again when we need to

  We recently moved in here. Kay and Eric were fantastic with helping us get settled in. They both are very knowledgeable and accommodating. As long as they don't raise the rates on us, we should be here for a while. They have TWO loading docs to make moving in very easy!

  Eric was extremely helpful in getting my storage locker changed over from a different facility and helped save $ in the process. Made the transition as easy as possible and also lent me a temporary lock while I moved stuff over from the original facility to avoid buying a new lock.

  I have had storage units for my business for many many years. This is the first time with extra space in Ho Ho Kus. They are absolutely the BEST. Incredible customer service from Kay, Scott,and Eric. The facility is perfectly maintained and very clean.The team there goes above and beyond and I’m so appreciative of everything they do to help make everything go smoothly. If you are looking for a place to store things look no further. Thank you so much to everyone who works there and thank you extra space
