We used V&S Flooring to replace our kitchen floor and couldn't be happier. The previous owners installed tile incorrectly, resulting in grout coming up and tiles cracking. V&S was very up front with letting us know that they couldn't give us an accurate quote about the preparation cost, due to us not knowing just how bad the subfloor was due to the previous owners negligence. So they provided us with a quote with the preparation as TBD. On the day of the project, the crew showed up right on time, laid down drop clothes and got to work removing the old floor. After preparation, Fred was able to give us the final preparation cost, which ended up being VERY reasonable.

The final install of the vinyl flooring we chose is better than expected! It looks just like the tile we had, but will hold up better long term for us. The attention to detail by the installer around our cabinets, appliances, doors, toilet, vanity, and a LOT of molding (anyone else with an old house in the area? lol) was excellent.

Fred and his team were able to execute the project quickly and beautifully! This was the least stressful home improvement project we have done.

The challenging area around the wrought iron railings (which were imbedded in the concrete floor) and the uneven steps were completed with such finesse and exacting detail. Then today, you send me a personalized thank you postcard - no one does that these days ! You have our respect and admiration !!
