Davey's Irish Pub & Restaurant

Was in town for a wedding and googled Irish pubs. This place had great reviews, so I ubered over. The entrance is confusing, and I walked in the wrong door. Ended up in the middle of the bar. The place was packed at 5:30 on a Friday. I soon found out why. I ordered their burger and corn beef sandwich with steak fries and a beer. It was delicious 😋 The wait staff was attentive and helped each other out, and the price was very reasonable. My sandwich, fries, beer, and cocktail were under $50. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely go back.

A favorite of ours. The staff is always very friendly and service is great. The food is delicious- I've never had a bad meal. There's a big selection of fries and they're all tasty (the beer battered are the best, I think.) Plenty of parking, a large dining room, big bar, and outdoor seating. Great beer list, too.

We stopped here to eat because it was close to a prior appointment that afternoon in the neighborhood. Really delicious food, we tried the cajun shrimp appetizer, the fish and and chips, and the bangers and mash for dinner. Everything was first rate. Our server was great but we did have to wait a bit to get her attention. It didn't seem overly crowded but they may also be experiencing staff shortages as so many are these days.

A little more room between the tables would have bumped the atmosphere rating to five stars. We could clearly hear the conversations at the tables around us.

Overall we were happy with our visit and will definitely go back if we are in the area in the future.

🇨🇮🍺 Irish American Pub. Showed up around 8pm. Bar is completely packed. Barely was able to order a drink or get seat! Which was a stool next to the bar. So I can't comment on the food.

Thankfully, I was finally able to order a drink! Got a IPA from Hackensack Brewing. It tasted basically like every single orange juicy tasting IPA. Nothing fab 🤌

Service was passable 🫴

I'll recommend anyone wanting to eat food to stop it around 5ish or 6ish no later or face the consequences.

First time there, having a late lunch at Davey's!Wonderful menu, 'loved every bite! The fish & chips is amazing, the best around!
Easy to find, plenty of parking in their lot and excellent service! 'Can't wait to go back and try other yummy foods, great brews on tap too!
