Yes my review of impact zone said I would never leave but change is good! Bonnie pays special attention to form and modifications in her 30-minute classes which start and end on the dot! Good for me as I have to work and have no more time for hours at the gym. I found a new gym that caters to the “mature” (lol) woman who no longer wants to risk injury by crazy bouncing around as if I was 20!😃. Thank you Bonnie for your daily inspirational emails and yes ....workouts change everyday! Looking forward to the gratis nutritional consult and advice that comes with membership. My covid-10 has to come off!

She is always available for questions and shares all her insight to help you reach your goal. I have been attending her classes for almost 2yrs. It’s a quick and effective work out, and I highly recommend you try it out.
