  If you’re looking for serious motivation this is the place to go. All of the coaches love what they do and it is apparent in every class they teach.

  I saw a random Facebook post for a 6 week challenge at a gym. I got a feeling that I should check it out. I am really glad I did. I went for a visit to talk about the program and what my goals were and how Noskov Fitness could help me. I really liked the look and feel of the environment, everyone was having fun (and it was 6:30am) while getting in exercise. The trainers were really friendly and supportive. So I signed up on the spot. I definitely got everything promised as long as I did my part. The results: 13 lbs down (in all the right places) & 3.4% Body fat lost. Amazing is how I feel. I have tried many other plans but generally they lack in some areas. This is such a well-rounded, simple approach; eat well (stick to the plan given), sleep well, exercise 3x a week, be accountable and be positive. This is a life change and the team at Noskov Fitness is there to help me stay on track and the workouts are different every time so I am not bored which keeps me going. I am sticking with this awesome group. Thanks

  I joined the Noskov CrossFit gym after seeing the transformation of my brother-in-law. He lost over 40 lbs after joining Noskov through training exercises and proper nutrition. I decided to give it a try and joined Noskov. Since this is my first time to ever join any type of gym membership, I had no idea what to expect. Noskov gym has wonderful owners and amazing staff/coaches that include a nutritionist to guide you on your diet. They make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door. They provide a safe and effective training environment for any level including beginners. Also, the members of Noskov gym are great and make you feel like family and provide encouragement to others to improve and get better.
  I recently completed the initial 6-week challenge where I lost weight of over 16 lbs. This was accomplished by following a very meticulous regimen that included 3 1-hour CrossFit training exercises per week, proper nutrition guide and a commitment from the participants of the challenge. Overall, I feel great after losing the weight and healthy. I will continue training at Noskov and follow a proper diet going forward and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Bottom line, Noskov gym is an awesome place to get healthy and strong.

  Their 6 week weight/body fat loss challenge is top notch. The supervised work outs are challenging and fun. The food program is easy to follow and your accountability coach (Christine) helps you every step of the way for maximum success.

  Great experience and results during the 6 week challenge, which was enough motivation to continue after the challenge was complete. The coaches are really great and provide all the needed support. The combo of exercise, meal plan, and accountability= success. Highly recommend.
