Caring Senior Service

This is our first endeavor of requiring home health services for my mother-in-law and couldn't be more pleased. We sought out other agencies prior to being referred to CSS. This agency is the only one that customized care to our specific needs. My husband and I can now leave home knowing that mom is in good hands. Everyone that we have dealt with is caring, responsive and professional.

Caring Senior Services of Bergen has been providing aides to care for my mom (now 94) for 6 years and had provided care for my dad several years before he passed away. CSS was recommended to me by a private nurse care manager who is familiar with the home care services available in Bergen and Rockland counties Carol, the CSS Patient Care Coordinator, is amazingly well organized and thoughful and is ALWAYS able to meet my scheduling needs . Over the last 7-8 years I have had about 5 aides and they have all been responsible, caring, and respectful. I highly recommend CSS.
