Equally and perhaps more importantly, the sales team such as: Dennis, Sarah, Travis and Luke, just to name a few of the store’s wonderful cast of characters - really know their stuff and you will leave Jack Rabbit knowing you got expertly fitted.

  I have been having issues with my feet in gym shoes, I am on my feet all day as a car sales man and when getting to the gym I was sold the wrong shoes for my feet. I stopped my my parents house in Ridgewood and saw this place. Figured I'd give it a try. Was welcomed as soon as I set foot in this establishment. They measured my arch height as well as put me on a treadmill to try and figure out why the pain gets to be so bad. The woman, came out with 3 pairs of shoes and some insoles. It was a nice hands on experience, that wasnt just a point and buy from footlocker. They cared to make sure I was comfortable in the shoes I was buying. And even offered me a return policy in case the pain doesnt go away. Thanks to the employees at JackRabbit, the pain is gone. Thank you so much for your patience, and I'm glad you liked my flamingo socks!

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got to do my gait analysis and tried on various sneakers before finally getting the New Balance Fresh Foam. Unfortunately no sales or discounts but very pleased with the service and quality!
