DIANA IS A GEM,HOWEVER IF SHE IS NOT IN STORE, NO ONE IS QUALIFIED TO DO ANY WORK ON ITEMS BROUGHT IN,GET NOTHING BUT EXCUSES WHEN SHE IS NOT THERE.SHE HAS KNOWLEDGE, CUSTOMER CONCERNS AND WILL GET JOB DONE!!

This is the greatest business I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! What a refreshing experience! The manager Diana was incredible. She answered all of my questions and even though I don't know much about pools, by the time I left, I felt as though I gained an incredible amount of knowledge! I found Diana to be incredibly patient, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. If all businesses had managers like this, the world would be a better place! Thank you to all of the team at Leslie's pools at this location! P.S. I don't know who is in charge of people's salaries, but give this woman a raise, whatever she's making isn't enough! I was recommended to Pratt by a neighbor & Steve was extremely reliable, returns calls or answers immediately. My first time using him and his is very pleasant, knows his stuff and reliable. Would highly recommend him as I already took a bunch of his cards to give to friends.

Steve and his team were extremely responsive and professional. I needed one toilet fixed, two others replaced and a leak in my shower fixed. They did a great job and were much less expensive than others I called for quotes. They followed all Covid safety precautions and were extremely professional. No qualms about recommending them to anyone and everyone.

My pipe was leaking in the bathroom and I didn’t know until the tiles started lifting away from the wall. These guys found it and only made a tiny hole in the wall to fix it. While they were there, they gave me an estimate on fixing the shower and replacing the toilet and it was a good deal. In and out quickly and no mess, I’d recommend them especially if you need them in a hurry.

I had Steve recently inspect my parents furnace as I had concerns over a noisy fan blower. Hes been here in the past to service the AC unit, so I knew I would get good service if something needed to be replaced. He is a real pro, very knowledgeable, and its nice to find a local professional who will give you a good honest diagnosis. I would recommend Pratt Plumbing and heating
