  I've been coming here for two years. If you want to learn about real combat, about things that are unfair and not how it should be, about the way of the world, then I recommend that you try this place out. Your whole body is a weapon. You need to learn how to use all of it in many scenarios. You need to understand the unique psychology of life and death situations. You need to learn how to shine when it is most dark.

  I love this school, been there 3 years, Sifu (The Instructor) is a knowledgeable, focused and wants students to ask questions. The classes are Exciting and informative, not bogged down with filler like useless skills or impractical drills. Its Direct and Effective. We go over street survival skills that can be used in a bad situation although taught not to use them unless we absolutely have to. Through simulation of scenarios, practice and even sparring to test and sharpen the skills we have learned. Overall it's a great school.

  Instructor is very informative & knowledgeable in JKD. His detailed instruction on JKD is very well understood.
  I recommend anyone interested in learning JKD, that this is where you should be training at the Fist Of Interception.
