  I am so grateful to have been associated with Serenity. My Mom received really good care and most of the care providers were trained and attentive to our needs. But it would be remiss of me not to mention the services of Mom’s attending nurse Tiffany Treadwell and Chaplain Cleo. The warmth and love of the services they rendered also extended to our immediate family. We felt comforted knowing Mom was safe and covered under their care.

  They very nice people .the staff are tremendous.
  My staff coordinator Zuny is very polite I give her 5 stars.she is to sweet when she ask you to go somewhere and hard to said no.this companies is a very good company to work for.nothing to complaint if you don't do your work of course you not going to like it.

  I want to thank Delretha Devose, Patient Relations Manager for her dedication and loyalty to her patients, as well as, their families. I see her from time to time at the facility I work at, but until recently; I never had a personal encounter with her. When I tell you that she went above and beyond the call of duty; that doesn't quite describe how efficient and proficient she is! I have a sister that lived in Georgia and my family and I wanted to transport her to New Jersey to look after her. Ms. Devose facilitated everything expeditiously. She made the process and the transition easy for my sister and the family. Most of the durable medical equipment (hospital bed, oxygen, bedside commode, wheelchair, walker) arrived prior to my sister's arrival. Ms. Devose made herself available even on the weekend and after her work hours. I was stress free during and after the entire process. I would like to recommend Ms. Devose for employee recognition!
