(January 5, 2017, 1:50 pm)Not the tidiest of places, but most braid shops aren't. Oumy took me as a walk-in, which was cool since it was the day before Christmas eve. They didn't have my hair color, so Oumy took me to the store to get the hair and discounted the price of the service. I was in and out...no bs'ing, no long breaks or leaving to do something else...I was pleased. Some of my twist started coming out, which was expected, giving the length of my hair in those areas...I appreciated the effort to still try and braid the areas. I went back to the shop and they re-braided the areas with no problem or charge. I would go back for service.
