After years of suffering from insomnia, I was referred to the very reassuring and, it turns out, the life-transforming Dr. Allen Salm. At first, I was skeptical that my insomnia problem could ever be resolved - after all, I'd had a sleep study and a treatment plan years before, but I had found no relief. Night after night, I slept fitfully and sporadically. For most of my adult life, I dreaded the approach of bedtime - my attempts at getting a good night's sleep were practically always met with failure. When I was referred to Dr. Salm in 2018, I wasn't very hopeful. But, fortunately, he was! His optimism was contagious and I even began to feel somewhat hopeful, as he worked with me to ensure that my mild to moderate sleep apnea was treated appropriately. I'm happy to report that within months of an at-home sleep study, I began sleeping an average of 7 1/2 hours a night - every night - with zero incidents of apnea. His treatment changed my life - and I'll be forever grateful!
