I ordered my breast pump through Sunmed. They did a fantastic job. I found them because they were the only company I could order the Spectra S1 (rechargeable battery) using my insurance (CareFirst) and paying an upgrade fee. Any other companies did not allow me to order this pump. I submitted my information online and someone reached out to me within a few days explaining my free pump options and upgrade options along with the upgrade costs. They explained what I needed to do and promptly answered my questions about the process. Once they had the prescription from my OB and my payment, the pump arrived within the week (and prior to delivery!). A special thank you to Leslie Bates for all her help. She even sent me the FedEx tracking number. Thanks again!
I order my custom compression garments from Sunmed and they have been great to me. I've been wearing these garments for well over a decade, have gotten them from many different providers and I know the problems that can arise during fitting and manufacturing. It can be hit or miss with any mistake usually on the manufacturing end so the first fitting usually needs to be adjusted. Sunmed has never let me down and I'm surprised at these negative reviews and find them so unfair to Sunmed. If you take the time to read the company response you'll see the problem is usually elsewhere.
