Because Firestone is on base and I get overwhelmed trying to figure out where to get my car looked at, I went to the nearest location during my lunch break. The guy at the counter was very nice, talked in terms I could understand, and put me at ease. He went outside to look at my car, found the simple fix (tire pressure), and fixed it on the spot FOR FREE! His co-worker was extremely laid-back, too.
I'm always nervous going to car repair places because of all the horror stories I hear about non-car-savvy people (me) getting scammed. Firestone employees didn't pressure me in to any upgrades and made me feel welcome. They have my trust 100% and I'll be dealing with them again if I ever need work done on my vehicle.
