  We have been looking for a gas insert for a few months. I happened to be in New Jersey and drove by the store. Best decision we made was to stop in. Salesman was great and thorough. Answered all our questions and made it very easy. The pricing was extremely reasonable. It was delivered exactly when they said and installed by a hard-working technician. We love the gas logs and how easy it is to use our fireplace. Hauling all of that wood back to the house is now a thing of the past.

  The customer service was superb. I visited with my two young children. They were really active and loud for my liking, but it didn't seem to bother the staff. They were very friendly, tolerant and even gave my children parting gifts- floating toys for the hot tub!

  What a great experience. So very good at customer service. Purchased a spa (love it) the delivery guys were awesome. Ryan, Sean and Wally were amazing rolled and setup the spa, cover took great care of us. Dealt directly with Randy for the purchase but loved all the other staff. Rich, Rob.....just had our spa demo. Ryan is the man! He is really great with the spa information and knows his chemicals and just really impressed us. What a great decision it was purchasing from here. Thanks also to Kevin the marketing guy and Scott. Randy has a great crew!!!!!!!!! David and Linda

  Best in the business! You can't ask for better service from the employees nor will you get better quality in the products they have. The best part is the service they extend after the sale is done. I purchased a fireplace insert from them several years ago, and they still answer my questions today with the utmost courtesy and respect as they did before my purchase. Highly recommend doing business with them. You will not be disappointed!

  I needed a spa moved from my old house and spa hearth and home came in with the best price and did an excellent job. The staff was very helpful. A few months after moving the spa, I went back for chemicals due to how helpful the staff was previously and I was not disappointed. The staff member in the chemicals department took his time to show me all of the options for my spa. I would highly recommend them.
