Haynes Run apartments is a very clean & quiet complex with modestly priced units. While we personally had super inconsiderate neighbors that lived above us- Jennifer Hamilton the property manger was always tremendous & very understanding when issues arose with our upstairs neighbors- thanks for all of your help! Linda whom currently works in the front office is also wonderful & very helpful. I would definitely recommend someone to Haynes Run apartments.
I have lived in the community for about a year now. When I was looking in the Medford area, I was very impressed with the well kept grounds and how quiet the community is, especially being right off of Route 70. The apartments are dated, but maintained well. If I have any issues, the staff is very quick to help me out and resolve whatever is going on. Other complexes are way more expensive and a lot smaller. There is ample parking for myself and other family/friends when they visit. The staff is doing everything in their power to add more activities and amenities for the community including a new barbecue area. I have been very lucky with great neighbors and have met some great people. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they have done to help. Highly recommend.
I have been here for almost 5 years. While yes when we moved it was a totally different company and they had some nice amenities like a pool, that has been taken away, i would say this is a nice place to live. I see they are trying to make some improvements with the amenities such as a new play ground, a dog park, and recently put in a grilling seating area. All nice, I would personally like to see the dog park moved to the other end of the complex away from the kids and some swings put in for the kids or maybe a small gym would be nice. As for maintenance, we have not had major issues thus far. The complex has a fair amount of children which is nice for them to all be able to play together. Parking is amble never have an issue with spots and snow removal has been very good. This is a very safe community. We often get packages and they are never touched. and I never feel unsafe. Overall I would say out of the complexes in this area this is one of the better ones we have seen.
Haynes Run is at a perfect location, very easy to get around, awesome bars and restaurants. This place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Management was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.
When me and my husband first moved in we had a lot of issues with our apartment but they worked with us and we came up with solutions. The new staff is great. From the new leasing staff, to maintenance. Haynes run is a very quiet place and my neighbors are great. Price is reasonable.
