I've been doing United in Fit workouts for several weeks on Instagram Live during the quarantine and they are AWESOME! I am NOT an athlete by any means, but Sean makes intense workouts feel accessible, even for someone like me. He's got a good balance of encouraging and assertive coaching. Whenever I do a workout with United in Fit, I sleep better and have more energy throughout the day. Highly recommended!
I've been training with Sean for about 9 months now. As much as I hate getting out of bed for our sessions, I love how accomplished I feel after the workout. It’s a great start to the day! I can tell Sean is passionate and puts effort into planning the workouts. He is also a great motivator and always very positive. Sean is great at reading me and will modify a workout or push me when needed!
As many moms out there, I wanted to get back to myself and to see if I could get in shape. I have been a member of a gym and I would go sporadically but I felt that I needed an extra push to really take this seriously. This is where Sean came in. The expertise and guidance he’s provided through his boot camps and private sessions has been amazing. He listens to you and works with you. He is a tough trainer but he is also quite good at what he does, he pushes you because he knows you have it in you, and he works with you to modify exercises or change up your workout as needed. Sean keeps me motivated and makes me want to do better each session. He is great and I could not recommend him enough for it.
