I’ve been going to this Dental practice for over 18 years. All my interactions with doctors and staff have been nothing but wonderful. They are all very professional, and do a great job. My teeth are in fantastic shape and it’s all thanks to Mount Laurel Dental Associates.
I just visited Mount Laurel Dental and Implant and was so pleased with my experience. Brittney (my hygienist) and Dr. Nam couldn't have been nicer and they made sure to inform me of all of my options and their recommendations. I've been going to MLD for almost 20 years and I see how they keep up with the latest technology and products. Terrific practice!
Brittany is great. Thorough cleaning and very friendly. If reviewing just her I’d give 5 stars but I’m only giving 4 because I feel the doctors have gotten a little pushy with services “you’ll need sometime we just can’t say when “ so you should consider doing it now. They’ve wanted me to consider a crown on the same tooth since I became a patient almost 3 years ago. Last visit they added another tooth to the list for the same reason, it has an old, large filling so the tooth “may” break. I will say that they do show you your X-rays on large monitors so you can see problems when there is one. I trust that they’re telling me the truth. I just wish they’d back off a bit, dental work is expensive and a lot of people can’t afford to have work done because of what may happen.
Also, know that in my case (and I’ll assume all since they make you sign a general form), they do not accept the negotiated rate with the insurance company as the full rate, you’re still responsible for the difference,
Newly restaffed office. Prices increased, but so did service and technology. Lovely staff. Zoom whitening available. Can’t say enough good things about the staff.
I went to their office this past Saturday with my wife Claudia for the first time due to some pain I was having in my gum. Everyone from Suzanne the receptionist to the Doctor displayed exceptional customer service, was very patient and made us feel appreciated, that we choose to do business with them. We highly recommend Mount Laurel Dental & Implant Center for all your dental needs, you wont be disappointed.
