First met Chris in 2010, to replace 1st floor Carrier AC unit. He and crew provided top notch service replacing outdoor unit and inside evaporator coil. They applied great effort not to leave any mess lugging hardware in/out of the house. Their technical expertise and workmanship for installation of the system resulted in a very appealing layout, smooth start-up, and continuing operation.
When our 1st floor AC unit expired a couple weeks ago (after 22+ yrs), I did not seek another bid. Chris got the job, based his pricing, reliability, and proven results. Chris and Crew (Sean, Rich, and Jack) completed this project with same efficiency, thoroughness, and courtesy. I could not be more pleased. Chris and Arctic deliver.

I called in the morning and Chris quickly replied and was ready and willing to come out the same day! My wife and I were especially happy because of the terrible summer heat. He called around 10am and made it to us by 2pm. He was personable and worked efficiently, he had our AC up and running by 2:30pm.
