Best gym around! They support you every step of the way with positive reinforcement. Each session is a planned workout where they show you the proper techniques for each exercise. My husband and three daughters are also members. They do a great job training student athletes and most importantly building their confidence. We are one big family at ATS! I can't say enough nice things about them! You won't be disappointed.

By far the best gym I have ever been to. Between the awesome staff members and the hardcore workouts, ATS definitely provides you with the right steps to help you reach the goals that you seek for yourself. Look at me, a year ago I was sitting at 248lbs and completely out of shape. I started coming back to ATS and after just a few months I was able to get back down to 206lbs and into the best shape of my life. Some of it was me changing my unhealthy ways, but I am extremely confident when I say that I couldn't have done any of it without my #ATEAM family.

My son loves it. Definitely improved his strength. He pitches faster, runs faster and it's getting stronger all around.
