  I had a flat tire on my car and brought the car in only about 15 mins before closing time. I received a text message first thing the next morning from Matt Snyder introducing himself and letting me know next steps. Matt stayed in touch throughout the day, gave me great pricing options for tires and went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. He also introduced himself in person when I came in to pick up the car and reviewed everything with me that they had done. Matt made this so easy and a great experience and provided some of the best service I have ever had.

  I always get my car serviced at Winner Ford. The mechanics are always thorough and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a new car or needs to get work done their vehicle. The ship is very clean and well organized. I always feel like my car is safe and in good condition when it leaves the Winner Ford service department. They do honest work for fair prices. I highly recommend. What a professional group of people. Thanks!

  Rick DiLauro kindly greeted us at the door and he went on to make our entire experience professional and positive. He was quick to help me identify what features I needed in the car, and then he worked hard to also get me the preferences I wanted in terms of color, upgrades, etc. My husband I were grateful for his directness, knowledge, and humor throughout the process. He doesn’t pressure and tailors his approach to your comfort level. We left feeling excited about the car, the finances, and the experience. As I had experienced prior in Winner Ford’s service department, every single interaction we had with everyone from the manager to the finance representative (Ken) was pleasant and professional. We will be back in the future and highly recommend Rick and the entire team of people who helped us today.

  Yesterday, Richard DiLauro JR and Winner Ford made my husband, Bill, a very happy man. Bill hasn't bought a new vehicle for himself since 1988. With the deal that Rick was able to get for us, Bill drove home a black beauty! It was a great day, thanks to Rick and Winner Ford. Spotless facilities with courteous and professional staff. I highly recommend Rick and Winner Ford. Thanks again Rick and Winner Ford for making buying a vehicle relaxing and affordable. The following is a month after purchasing the truck. Rick and Winner Ford owe Bill floor mats. Rick has promised for the last 3 weeks that they will be delivered to our house by every Tuesday. We owed them a check, they got it within two days. They owe us something, still waiting a month later. They do need work finalizing their deals.

  I want to thank everyone for the excellent repair service on my vehicle today. This is my second vehicle purchase at Winner Ford. Not only did they provide excellent service when I purchased the car in March but they continue to guarantee their service to their customers. I especially want to thank Eric Medina for going out of his way to schedule the work. It's perfect and was completed in just a few hours. Eric really cares about his customers. I am always happy with the service and appreciate all the work that you do.
