  In the years I have known Coach Valli, as a coach and mentor, he has never failed me. One thing that I can assure is that he will give everything he has to better you as a person and baseball player. New Jersey Baseball Academy is an incredible opportunity to take your education and athletics to the next level. Coach Valli’s experience form top to bottom allows him to relate to any student athlete. As a player and student under Coach Valli at Gloucester County College, Coach Valli expected nothing more than the best that you could be, constantly pushing you to become a better player, not just on the field, but also in the classroom. One of his mottos, “you never know who is watching”, is something I live by today. I would encourage any student of the game that is willing to push themselves academically and athletically to allow Coach Valli to show you what right looks like.

  Coach Valli was my coach at Gloucester County College from 2004-2005, winning the National Championship in 2005. 15 years later, Coach Valli is still one of the most influential people in my life. I met Coach Valli when I left a D1 school after an elbow injury. Coach Valli pulled out more potential in me than anyone else could. He molded me into a leader who has a great work ethic and commands a presence. I have been successful in my post baseball career because of what Coach Valli instilled in me 15 years ago. The way he inspires, mentors, and coaches players is incredible. I would encourage any South Jersey parents to check out what New Jersey Baseball Academy and Coach Valli have to offer. If you want to set your child up for success on and off the baseball field Coach Valli is who you are looking for!

  Rob Valli is the greatest baseball mind I have had the privilege of playing under. My two years at RCGC we’re the most influential years of baseball I have had in my career. Coach Valli has a wealth of knowledge and understands how to develop and maximize the talent of his players. His consistent success is a testament to the hard work and dedication he has to developing players. I am extremely thankful for my time as a roadrunner. Coach Valli helped develop me into a division 1 scholarship player and I’m sure without his help and guidance I would not be in the position that I am today. I wish I had more time to learn under Coach Valli and I think South Jersey athletes will be spoiled to have the ability to learn from him for more than two years. He is an unbelievable resource with endless connections to the baseball community. The New Jersey Baseball Academy is an excellent opportunity for young players looking to develop, maximize their potential, and prepare to play at higher levels.

  Playing for Rob Valli was the best experience of my baseball career. He helped me to receive a baseball scholarship to play at the University of Delaware. Coach Valli is the smartest coach I have gotten the pleasure to play for in my career. It would be a mistake for anyone in the South Jersey area to pass up the opportunity to learn from him. The NJ Baseball Academy would be a great place to develop and learn the game the correct way. I wish I had an opportunity to learn from the best at a young age. All ball players in the South Jersey area should highly consider attending this academy because it will change their baseball careers forever.

  Coach Valli resurrected my baseball career after I lost a lot of my confidence post injury. With my baseball scholarship cut and no where to go, I came back home to South Jersey, turned to Coach Valli and trusted in his player development process. What I learned under Coach Valli in just one year was more than I had learned in the previous 14 years of playing baseball. After an unforgettable experience playing for Coach Valli, I got a baseball and academic scholarship much larger than my first at a top notch business school in New York, at Pace University. Coach Valli’s player development ability is superior to even some of the country’s best division 1 college programs, and I know for a fact this will translate well into a baseball academy for younger students of the game. If you’re looking for a coach/mentor to get the very best out of your son as a baseball player and student, Coach Valli is your guy.
