If you are in need of physical therapy, this is the place to go. The entire staff is very helpful and informative, along with being very friendly. I had to go there due to a dislocated shoulder. Before my first visit I barely could pick up a gallon of milk, and my Dr said I was going to need surgery. After being discharged by the team at The Training Room, I will be able to avoid surgery for the foreseeable future along with having full use of my shoulder. You will not be disappointed.
I had gone to The Training Room to find out why my lower legs were in such pain and what I could do to alleviate the issue. Over the course of a month Akil worked with me to help loosen up my ankles and showed me the necessary stretching and strengthening techniques that have already made a major improvement on my muscle pain. The entire therapy team and staff are very friendly and helpful. I am very glad that I chose The Training Room for my physical therapy.
My daughter had ACL reconstruction/ meniscus repair surgery in March 2017 and has been going to TTR for physical therapy since April. The physical therapists and staff are nothing short of amazing. The PTs not only treat the injury but actually listen to their patients and treat the entire patient. Mind and body. Through setbacks and struggles they worked with my daughter and kept her positive throughout her rehab. Never had an issue with scheduling and always pleasant to deal with. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Chris, Mandy, Ryan, Dina, Rachel and everyone at TTR. My daughter is looking forward to continuing to train at this amazing facility!
So happy I chose the training room for my ACL post operation therapy. Wish I thought of them pre operation. The first day seeing Mandy for my evaluation I knew I was in the right place. I have also seen with Ryan and Chris who have worked with me patiently and thoroughly. Each therapist is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated to their patients, and provides an awesome environment. Thank you guys!
