  I have three children and I would highly recommend this office. Dr Ballard is patient and caring and he has a gentle way of easing the patients and the parents! Sometimes we have a little wait time in the waiting area but they have a playroom to keep little ones occupied. The ladies at the desk will even “watch” the baby while the older child and mom goes back in the room for treatment. Everyone there loves children and is so kind. I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes when I know my child is being cared for. The staff is professional and educated . They are so busy and yet manage to stay kind and patient. Dr Ballard is helping the community battle and educate people in the “decay epidemic” that is rampant in this area. He really cares about the children regardless of how neglectful some parents are regarding “ baby” teeth that will “ just fall out”. Everyone I talk to in the office has been following Dr Ballard since he came to NJ as their children will only see him. The employees in the office have all been there a long time and that also speaks volumes of his character and how he treats his employees.
