(July 25, 2017, 10:30 am)Just thought I mention my recent experience with Johnnie's service. Needed repair on a refrigerator. Other businesses could not give me an appointment for minimum of 3 weeks, called Johnnie's on Friday and they came out on Monday. Spent an hour checking the refrigerator out, needed to order parts. Ordered approx $500.00 in parts just in case they were needed. Came back and spent 3 hours going over everything finding all existing parts seemed good. Looks like it may be a manufacturing issue. However, he did not leave it go at that. Service man came back a week later with his supervisor to confirm. Put in a part just as a precaution hoping that may make the difference. Spent almost 5 hours total trying to solve the issue.
Did not charge me for the part they replaced. I don't think it would be fair to give the price they billed me, however the amount was surprising very fair considering the time they spent.
Very professional and caring servicemen. I would recommend and use Johnnie's again.
