  I've been suffering from various running related ailments for many years to the point where I've had to take off months to recover. To say I was skeptical the Active Release Technique is not entirely accurate, but I was far from convinced that Drs. Mark and Andrew could really help me. I am thrilled to say that they have exceeded my wildest expectations. I am back to running and feel great. I highly recommend Drs. Mark and Andrew and the treatment that they provide.

  Best office experience from making the appointment to the therapy. Dr. Kemenosh and his colleagues were professional and caring. The muscle release technique really worked for our family. Glad that my son's orthopedic surgeon referred us to him. Definitely recommends this office and the team.

  I've always had successful service at Dr. Kemenosh's office. The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Kenenosh performs "magic" on my aches and pains. I recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

  This practice has been such a pleasure going to. I'm beyond grateful for the relief, accommodation, flexibility and environment everyone has provided. My only gripe is that our hours clash and I can't get in as often as I need. Don't get me wrong, this office has bent over backwards to get me in. They have worked through lunch, stayed late and offered to stay even later just to get me in. This is NOT something just any office does.
  
  Unfortunately, I am a crisis patient. As a health care provider myself, I should know better than to wait until my pain exasperates but it's the nature of the beast. Having an extremely high tolerance for pain, I usually suck it up and go about my daily activities as painful as it may be. One particular morning a patient of mine noticed my discomfort and recommended this office. I couldn't brush it aside with the unbearable pain I was experiencing. I called the office and they got me in that afternoon. After I was manipulated, it felt like I was ready to run a marathon. I went back to work feeling like a million bucks. As the hours wore on the pain came back which I was expecting. I shot Dr. Kemenosh an email just to get some pointers to hold me up until my next appointment... he get me back in the very same evening. Honestly, what office does that? Needless to say, after a few visits my back pain dissipated, not 100% gone but I'd give it a solid 80%.... 80% more relief than I had since I was 14.
  
  Both Dr. Kemenosh and Dr. Andrew get to the root of the problem and work with you and your body. Their techniques are vary but are equally efficient and effective. Changing my work hours is a serious thought just so I can get my treatments. I cannot thank them enough for helping me live a semi normal, pain-free life.

  Yes, both providers are amazing but Lynn is truly one of a kind. She provides the "at home" feeling every practice should have. She is the first smiling person you see walking in and the last smiling person you see walking out. Her calm demeanor and jovial personality are the finishing touches to this perfect practice.

  I've had neck & shoulder pain for years. I was seeing different chiropractors at least every 2 weeks. I started seeing Dr. Mark & Dr. Rich in January. Within 8 months, I was nearly pain free. I've been able to go 6-8 weeks between visits all thanks to Dr. Mark & Dr. Rich. Awesome!
