  Fast, efficient and friendly. I used this company 2 years ago for maintenance on my system. They did not disappoint then nor did they now. Dean's service came out the same day my HVAC unit stopped blowing out cold air. They came earlier than the time frame they gave me which was great because yesterday it felt like over 100 degrees and I have an infant at home. They addressed and corrected the issue right away. Andy was super nice, and got the job done. i highly recommend this company.

  Good communication. I was provided appointment reminders and updates on arrival time. The team was able to successfully identify the problem and perform a successful repair on my AC promptly with a good rate. Would use again.

  I got vent and duct cleaning with Dean's. The service was excellent. When I called, someone picked up immediately. We scheduled the appointment quickly at a convenient time. Keyon and another individual whose name I don't remember showed up within the 2-hour window and were very courteous. Keyon explained everything as they went along and asked what services what I wanted. Competitors quoted around $500 but Dean's quoted $129 because their service doesn't include scrubbing of the vents and the ducts right underneath the vents (only includes the vacuuming). For us, this pricing worked out well because most of the vents are painted to the walls so they could not scrub most of them. During the inspection, they said my blower needed to be cleaned and would cost another $225. Since I was expecting to pay around $500 anyway, I said yes -- no idea if it was necessary. They also offered a $10 discount for writing a positive review online (which I happily accepted). (Note: although the service includes a free camera inspection of the ducts, their equipment wasn't working at the time.)

  We had a great experience with Dean's from start to finish. Daniel was our contact from the beginning and set things up in an extremely friendly and organized manner. They arrived quickly to diagnose our issue when our HVAC failed suddenly. Once our issue was diagnosed they quickly provided a reasonable quote, scheduled the work within a day and were also very helpful with communications to our home warranty company.
  
  Our installation could not have gone better. Our technician Jason and his partner James arrived on time and got right to work. They were respectful of our space and worked cleanly and efficiently. Jason could not have been more helpful with talking me through everything he was doing and providing me with helpful information. Once the install was complete we were back up and running and quickly cooled down while it was still 100 plus degrees outside.
  
  I would highly recommend Dean's Service and especially the gentlemen noted in this review.

  I had the team from Dean's come out for an A/C tune-up and some troubleshooting since I noticed the air coming from the vents wasn't exactly cool.
  
  They were able to quickly diagnose and address the issue and I can already feel the house temperature getting back to normal. Very professional and courteous, and they arrived AHEAD of their scheduled time - WOW.
