Facility is convenient, clean and staff from front desk to therapists are professional and helpful in dealing with post-op and acute strains.
I was recently referred for Physical Therapy. I chose a NovaCare Rehabilitation Center close to my home (Voorhees location off of Cooper Road). I was glad I did. I feel the therapists at this site are well-trained and gifted in his/her own way and more importantly, they work as a team. Together, they throw off a lot of positive energy (which is helpful when one has a pain in the neck like me!) If you find yourself similarly situated (e.g., with a pain in the neck or back or anywhere else for that matter, etc.) this is a good place to be. Thank you Rachel and Kayla and Kevin and Heather! There is always a friendly greeting and sincere welcome from Rachel at the front desk. When things are difficult, there is always encouragement from Kayla and Hannah that I am not alone in this. When I arrive cranky and in pain, I leave in better shape than when I arrived. Every one of my questions is treated with respect and consideration. I'm in the midst of my third treatment cycle for injuries sustained in falling down the stairs backwards. These folks know what they are doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
After a bad accident, I went into NovaCare using a walker, in a lit if pain and very depressed. Kayla was my Physical Therapist, and I couldn't have had a better experience. She was a good listener, answered all my questions and understood when I had a bad day. Within a few weeks, the walker was replaced with a cane, which I used for only a few weeks. From not walking at all, I am now walking with no assistance and have simple exercises I can do at home to maintain what I gave gained. The atmosphere is very friendly, and I look forward to my therapy. Rachel is amazing with all the insurance ins and outside, so patients have little to do in that area...a true blessing. The overall experience here is excellent!!!
The Nova Care staff is not only professional but very caring. Hannah, Kayla and Rachel worked as a team to ensure my therapy sessions helped me feel better. My family and I trust the care provided by the Nova Care Team whenever our doctors prescribe physical therapy.
