SERVPRO of Berlin/Williamstown

Nick, Joe, and Darren guided us through a major renovation of our kitchen because of water and mold damage. They were informative and supportive throughout the process by working with the insurance company and being available for our questions.

The SERVPRO Berlin/Williamstown team was truly professional from start to finish. Beginning with Amanda answering my numerous questions about the company and services to meeting with John the account manager they were very positive and easy going. They did not make things feel pushy or things would be needed as an up charge. Once the scope of work was agreed upon I was introduced to Bryan the service tech. He was another class act as he very easy to work (scheduling the service and keeping me updated on the work as I could not stay on site). He and his team did an excellent clean up. I would highly recommend their services!

When I saw how much water damage and mold there was in my 2nd home, I was devastated. But, Nick was great. Showed up immediately and assured me that his team could get it taken care of. Boy did ServoPro jump right into action. A whole team showed up and just the truck decal said... it was like it never happened.

Had a water damage from my dishwasher which flooded my Kitchen with 2' of water. SERVPRO was out to my house with in an hour, was able to clean up the water, set up drying equipment and on there way with in 2hrs. They have state of the art ipads to complete the sign up no more paper and could even email the documents I signed and send pictures of the damage to me all by email.

The technician's are all certified & able to answer all of my questions & the Nicest People.
Josh, Jim, & Mike were all great from the initial call to getting the clean up done.
They definitely are faster to any disaster just like the commercials say! In no time my Kitchen will be back Like It Never Even Happened!!
