  My wife and I visited the Union Park Restaurant and had a wonderful dining experience. The short rib was incredible, my wife's salmon was perhaps the best I've ever had, and the service from our server, Shirley, I believe, was fantastic.

  We had dinner at the Union Park restaurant. We had the prix fixe menu and everything was delicious especially the short ribs and salmon. Highly recommend!

  Fabulous view of the ocean beach and boardwalk from our top floor large front room. Very nice staff, and comgortable, clean room. They recycle bottles, cans and paper from your trash, and did not replace towels unless you put them on the floor. They only change your sheets every third day which shows their dedication to taking care of the environment. A nice bagel/coffee cafe next door which was handy for an iced coffee to take on our morning beach walk. We would go there again.

  Very cute Victorian rooms with private bathroom. Ours had a huge shower! The front desk staff is very friendly. Bed is comfy enough. A lot of reviews complained about noise from the arcade across the street but I didn't notice it at all. The old downside was the room did kind of had a strange smell. It wasn't an overly bad smell. Just very noticeable. It smells powdery like an elderly persons bathroom. But it is not bad and I would stay here again despite it. The room was also very clean

  Was about $150 a night for a beautiful room with two beds. Everything felt clean and fresh despite being in a historical and antique hotel. We have a three year old and was concerned about not having the pool and if we would be frowned down on for bringing a rambunctious little boy to this type of hotel, but everyone was super nice and helpful. We forgot our umbrella and the woman at front desk literally gave us hers for the day! Location was perfect, and we didn't try restaurant on first floor of hotel, but we plan on it when we stay at Hotel Macomber again next year. Thanks for a great stay!
