  Always a wonderful experience! Captain Bob and Vince both very knowledgeable . Go out of there way so everyone can see the birds that are spotted

  Captain Bob & Tom are both birding naturalists who make you feel at ease on board the Osprey, a very solid & safe feeling pontoon boat. We had a great time and saw many shore birds, raptors, a Nelson’s sparrow, belted kingfisher, 2 bald eagles, many greater yellowlegs & black crowned night herons. Whether you’re just out for a nice sail on Cape May Harbor & the beautiful saltwater marshes, or are a serious birder &/or photographer, Captain Bob will do all he can to make the experience enjoyable.

  My wife and I enjoyed the bird watching excursion. What was equally enjoyable, if not more enjoyable, was to see the excitement in Tom, our guide, and captain Bob as they described these different species of birds during the cruise. It's rare to see and hear the passion in people that do the same job every day. A definite 5 plus star rating.

  This company is amazing. The guide is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you are interested in photographing birds, this is the one to take. We went for 2 hours and saw a dozen different types of birds. We have gone on trips where for days we spent looking for a bird or waiting for an opportunity, so we were a bit concerned about the 2 hour length. Within the two hours we were so tired, our hands hurt from taking all the photos. The guide knows where specific birds usually are, as well as taking into account lighting. He helped rotate the boat and gave us notice to get good lighting in the photos. If you have the money and are looking for something specific, its worth seeing if you can convince him to do a private trip.

  Not just for birders! I took my family with an 11 and 12 year old and everyone enjoyed it. Tour was very pretty and we got to see a ton of cool birds. Great that high quality binoculars we're provided! I just had my phone camera and was able to catch couple of good shoots. I took a couple of other tours and this was the best!
