  Installed natural gas line and hooked up all appliances. Excellent craftsmanship and very friendly service. All employees new what they were doing. I’m very happy with the work that they did

  Second time we’ve used Celtic. The first time was last year when on the morning of my son’s wedding with a houseful of guests the AC just quit. We called them in a panic and they said that they would be right over. 5 minutes later a truck pulled up and Justin fixed the issue, he was professional and our guests were comfortable in no time.
  Today our AC quit again with the fuse box actually melting, a completely different issue than last year. Nate came out didn’t try to oversell us on something that we didn’t need and replaced the box, testing everything to make sure that was the only issue.
  We have been very happy with them both times.

  Turning Lemons into Lemonade
  
  I recently hired Celtic Air to replace the HVAC in a Cape May condo which is rented during season. Although the condo is now being nicely cooled by the replacement unit, to keep a pretty long story as short as possible, let me just say that the installation was not performed in the most professional manner. The result I was left with was a condo which required extensive cleaning to make it suitable, not only for a renter, but for healthy habitation in general. The experience really soured me with regard to Celtic Air’s capabilities and the cleaning was done at considerable cost.
  
  Having noted my disappointment with Celtic management, I was contacted by Steve, one of Celtic’s owners, and assured that the shabby work performed was not the norm for their staff and all cleaning and expenses would be covered by Celtic.
  
  After submission of a summary of my expenses, I was contacted by Steve today and the compromise offered was beyond expectation and greatly appreciated. Steve has proven he is an honorable man and I truly believe Celtic to be a reputable company and, as such, I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.
