  Well laid out, lots to see and do. The walk to giraffes is taking is raised and comfortable even in the heat of summer. Great views and clean zoo.

  A fantastic place for a family day trip. They're are so many different animals well kept and in great enclosures. There's plenty to walk through and do here. I love that there's a family picnic and playground.

  It's a great zoo. Not too big and not too small. Takes about 1.5-2 hours to see everything. Many available shaded seating areas. Wear comfortable footwear. No outside food allowed.

  We LOVE this zoo! It's so awesome. Free but accepting donations. It's an incredible value (or you can leave a significant donation similar to what you'd expect to pay somewhere else, trust me it's worth it). The lions are the BEST. When the big guy starts roaring, you can hear it almost no matter where you are in the whole zoo. Other highlights include the snow leopards (are beautiful), the bird house, the peacocks wandering, the giraffes and zebras, the alligator, the wallabies, the black bears (you can get so close), the llamas, and the otters. Just outside of the zoo there's also a great playground for the kids and a ton of outdoor tables if you wanted to pack your own lunches. Again, I cannot recommend this zoo enough. It's a MUST visit for us, at least once a year.

  This zoo took us by surprise. We read the reviews and figured it was going to be a good place to visit while we were there. We could not believe how nice it was and the location was in a great area with lots of trees. There was a lot more to this place than we expected it had lots of animals and exhibits. For being free this is better than a lot of the paid zoo's we have been to. I would recommend this for anyone that has children and likes to go to the zoo.
