  We (my dad and I) give this gym and staff (Kevin and the trainers) a five star rating. We joined the gym last year when we first started vacationing in Ocean City and we opted into personal training sessions to get ready for the ice hockey season. Kevin (owner and trainer) mapped out a great workout routine that included core, speed, agility and muscle mass.
  
  They drafted a membership that matched our vacation plans so we could continue our workout routine. The entire staff / trainers were so positive and helpful if we had any questions. They promoted a great positive helpful energy that was contagious! We brought that energy back home to our workouts during the main season!.

Kevin had an idea of what he was looking to accomplish with his new imprinted apparel for the gym and we collaboratively worked on perfecting his idea to turn it into a fantastic finished product.   You can tell Kev loves what he does. And he put a great team together. My wife and I both really enjoyed the classes there this summer.

  Solid vibe, really good people and trainers. All the equipment you need and experienced training. I highly recommend Exodus to both year round and Summer residents. Student athletes especially would step up their game by joining Exodus.
