(October 25, 2017, 4:46 pm)Dryer not heating,called & got an appt the next day, then called in the morning to get the time window, technician called prior to arrival, quickly determined it was only the igniter, replaced - whole process took about 1/2 hour, service call is a flat fee regardless time , very pleased, very professional, would use them again if necessary.

(July 19, 2017, 8:46 am)Fast,professional and great price. Steve came to provide a diagnostic and repair a GE Profile Refrigerator which did not consistently cool fridge and freezer. I couldn't consistently control temperature settings. Price was very reasonable and best in area for diagnostic and part. Very pleased. Was told that the problem was computerboard. Problem was resolved for a few days before it happened again. Called again and Steve came out that day and replaced fan as well for no cost. Working great. Thank you so much. Highly recommend
